Fameye Expresses His Opinions On Ghana's LGBTQI Saga
Peter Fameye Bozah, better known as Fameye, a Ghanaian singer, has stated that he opposes the legalization of homosexuality in Ghana.
In an interview with Pulse Ghana, the singer/rapper stated that the group does not have his support for the passage of legislation allowing its members to practice their religion in the country.
But Fameye stated that the group should continue to advocate for their rights in the same way that any other organization will, and that they must do so diligently before their rights are granted.
The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, and Intersex group has petitioned Ghana's President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo, to make same-sex relationships legal.
However, the President has stated unequivocally that homosexuality will never be legalized in the country
